I felt like the pricing was reasonable, especially after comparing it with a few other sites. The quality isn’t luxury-level or anything, but for what I paid, I was happy with it. Shipping was about what I expected too. To me, it feels like a good pick if you’re not trying to spend a ton, and I’d probably order again if there’s a sale.

My order arrived quickly, which was good, but one of the items was completely wrong, different color and size from what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they did reply, but I had to chase them a bit to actually get it sorted, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely more hassle than it should’ve been.

It looked really nice when I first got it, so I was happy at first. But after just one wash, the stitching started coming loose and the fabric felt rougher than before. I followed the wash instructions, so I don’t know what went wrong. I’m disappointed because I expected it to last longer than one wash. Also, the return or replacement process isn’t very clear, so now I’m left trying to figure out what the next step is.

I actually liked the stuff I ordered, so that part was fine, but dealing with customer service was such a headache. I messaged them about a shipping update and then just sat around waiting for days like I was talking to a brick wall.

When they finally replied, it was super short and barely answered what I asked. The support clowns didn’t completely ruin the order, but they definitely made it way more annoying than it needed to be.

I really do like a lot of the items on stitchandfeather.com, but it seems like they may not be keeping up with their inventory as well as they could. A few things I wanted were already out of stock when I checked, and certain sizes or colors seem to disappear fast. The site itself is easy enough to use, but it gets a little annoying having to keep coming back to see if something is available again. Would be a better experience if the stock was updated more regularly

The packaging was alright overall, nothing amazing. The box showed up a bit dented, which didn’t look great, but thankfully everything inside was still fine. For the price, I expected a bit more padding or care. Also, I had to wait in a queue longer than I expected just to get an update, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but they could definitely pack things better next time...

The pages loaded fine for me, and the product photos were clear enough to get a good idea of everything. Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate because I really don’t like when that part turns into a whole project.

I really like how comfy this fabric feels. It’s soft on my skin and easy to wear around the house, for running errands, lounging on the couch, or even throwing on after the gym. It has that relaxed, lightweight feel that works for everyday stuff, like walking the dog, making coffee, or just doing nothing. My only small complaint is that I wish it were a little thicker, especially if you want it to feel more substantial or wear it in cooler weather.

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. Still waiting, still checking, still nothing. I emailed them twice and both replies were super vague, which just made the whole thing even more frustrating. it’s really annoying to have to keep chasing a refund like this. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Stitch and Feather again.

I ordered a shirt and was happy with it. The fabric feels really nice, about better than I was expecting, and the stitching looks clean too. I washed it once and it held up fine. The only small thing is the fit was around a little different than what I thought it would be, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

I’ve used a few similar sites before, and this one felt much easier to browse. The design is clean and cute without feeling overdone, and I was able to find what I liked quickly

I ordered a top from stitchandfeather.com and it was cute, but the sizing didn’t feel quite right on me. Maybe I should’ve checked the size chart more carefully, I’m not sure. I reached out about doing an exchange, and they got back to me after a couple days, which wasn’t terrible, but I guess I was hoping it would be a bit quicker.
The return instructions were clear enough once I read through them, though I did have to double-check a few steps because I didn’t want to mess anything up. It took a little while for the new size to get sent out, but everything did work out in the end. I’d probably order again, just wish the exchange process felt a little smoother...

I was a little nervous the color would look totally different once it showed up, but it was actually really close to the photos on the site. The fabric looked the same too, which was a relief because sometimes product pics have that overly bright lighting thing going on. Weird detail, but I remember opening the package while my coffee was still half full on the counter, and I immediately thought, “Oh, okay, this is exactly what I ordered.” Happy with it and I’d order again...

Got a medium. Fits like an extra small. Way off.
